LORENZO’S STORY: A HEALTHIER FUTURE THANKS TO CLEAN WATER

Lorenzo is an eight-year-old boy attending the United Nations Educational Complex in Morazán, El Salvador. He dreamed of becoming a teacher, but the lack of clean water at his school affected his health and academic performance.

Unreliable water sources caused frequent stomach infections for him and his classmates, preventing them from attending school regularly and fully enjoying their education.

The situation changed when UNETE installed a clean water system at the school. Since then, Lorenzo has seen a significant improvement in his health, allowing him to focus on his studies and participate in school activities without worry. Thanks to this initiative, Lorenzo can now pursue his dream in a safe and healthy environment.
