On June 21, 2024, ÚNETE, represented by Dr. Irma Hernández, and the Consulate General of El Salvador in Long Island, New York, represented by Consul General Federico Guerrero, formalized a bilateral cooperation agreement aimed at providing preventive medical, dental, and gynecological care to the most vulnerable Salvadoran community in Long Island, New York.
